Club call signs! QSL Card must be the official club card and show the club name
on the card. You must have all 10 cards in your possession before applying for
the award.
There are extra lines on this form
to keep track of future club contacts for endorsements or higher level awards. The
initial award requires 10 contacts, then endorsements for every 10 after the
first and a separate award for reaching 100 club station contacts on the net.
